Supporting Mr P: From Overwhelmed to Sold in Just Two Months

Alongside the grief, managing probate, inheritance, and the responsibilities of an empty property can feel overwhelming, which is one of the most common reasons homes are left empty for long periods.

Mr P chose to sell with Manning Stainton, a well-known agent with a strong local presence. The house was listed and sold STC within a month.

We stayed involved throughout, helping liaise with the estate agent and offering support and reassurance at each stage.
